Homes that grow out of the landscape.

Greenspace homes are built from curved, fibre-reinforced polymer (FRP) modules that are light enough to ship anywhere and bolt together on site. The shell is then covered with soil and planted, creating a living roof that insulates the home and blends it into its surroundings.

The same system has been used for family homes, boutique resorts, glamping sites and shelters in climates from Norwegian snow to the Gulf desert.

Every shelter is engineered for its site. Structural, water and hazard performance depend on the final design, local codes and installation.

The building system behind Greenspace has been used in more than 25 countries, including a four-bedroom courtyard home in Doha and early structures at Masdar City in Abu Dhabi.

Our atmospheric water generators turn humidity into clean drinking water, from 12 litres a day for homes and offices to 272 litres a day for villas, camps and businesses. No bottles, no deliveries, no plumbing.

Can these homes be built in the UAE heat?

Yes. The system has been built in Doha and Abu Dhabi. The soil and planted roof help keep interiors cooler, and cooling systems are designed for each project.

Do I need building permits?

Permits and code requirements depend on the emirate, the site and the design. We work with local consultants so your project is engineered and approved correctly.

What is included?

The core package is the modular structural shell. Foundations, utilities, interior walls, finishes and landscaping are quoted separately for each project.

Can I customise a design?

Yes. Every model can be adapted, and fully custom designs are available for homes, resorts, schools and commercial projects.

How much does it cost?
