    Swim MP3 PRO FAQ

    Q) Merlin Swim MP3 PRO plays only the first few tracks from my song list.
    A) Connect Swim MP3 PRO to a computer and delete all songs. Remove the device from the computer. Turn it on and then turn it off after about a minute. Connect the device back to the computer and then copy back all your songs. Note: It is advisable to connect the Swim MP3 PRO to a computer when the device is off.
    Q) The volume on Swim MP3 PRO is very low. I get no sound in the right ear, and really quiet in left. It is fully charged & volume control buttons also look ok?
    A) The ear buds could be blocked, try removing the ear buds and check if there is any foreign objects inside. Try also removing all the files on it and then turn it on. Recopy the files back to the player and check. If problem persist, you will need to send the player to our service center.
    Q) How to reset playlist of the Swim MP3 PRO?
    A) Connect your Swim MP3 Player to your computer. Remove all files from the Swim MP3. Eject and disconnect the Swim MP3 from your computer. Turn on the Swim MP3 for about 5 minutes. (this will allow the player to detect that there is nothing on it) Turn off the Swim MP3 player, make sure that it is off then reconnect to your computer. Copy the files back to your Swim MP3. Eject and disconnect the Swim MP3 from your computer.
