7" Digital Photo Frame FAQ

Q) The Photo Frame is not powering up.
A) Check if the AC adapter is connected properly and that you have turned the unit on using the ON/OFF button. When you connect the AC adapter to the frame and power up the unit, you should see a blank screen if no memory card has been inserted.
Q) I cannot see the start-up screen.
A) Ensure that the memory card is supported and inserted correctly.
Q) I cannot see any of my stored images on the memory card.
A) The card is likely to have been inserted incorrectly. Correctly insert the memory card by ensuring that the label on the memory card is facing AWAY from you. Do not force the memory card into the slot.
Q) The unit won't play the files on my memory card.
A) Check if the file is of a supported format. Ensure that there is at least one supported photo file on the memory card. Compatible photo formats: JPG, JPEG.
Q) Can I play videos stored on my flash drive?
A) Yes, you can. The photo frame supports most popular media formats as well as USB flash drives and memory cards.
Q) Does the photo frame play audio?
A) Yes, the photo frame has built-in speakers.
Q) Does the photo frame require continuous power to work?
A) Yes, the photo frame has to be plugged in to a power source at all times using the included DC adapter.
