Q) The Device does not start?
A) Check the battery power, try charging it first overnight before checking again. If device does not switch on even after overnight charging, please contact the supplier.
Q) After startup if the device shuts down?
A) Power is not enough, please charge.
Q) No sound can be heard in the headset?
A) Please check whether the volume is set to 0 Check whether the music file is damaged. Try playing another music file, to see if the file is damaged.
Q) Cannot copy files or play music?
A) Please check if the computer and device are properly connected. Check if the memory storage space is already full. Check if the USB cable is working properly. Check if the USB connection has been disconnected.
Q) A small popup menu doesn't appear after holding the power button?
A) To do that, do go Settings > Backup & reset > Reset Phone. Before you do that, remember to back up your settings with either a third party app or use the default Function also available under Backup & reset > Backup & restore
Q) The screen orientation changes too often?
A) All you have to do is turn off the auto rotate option. To do that, go to Settings>Display, gestures & buttons and uncheck Auto rotate screen.
Q) Synchronizing Error?
A) This is one of the most frequent errors you will get while trying to sync your Android Device. Its solution is somewhat similar to fixing syncing for most Windows devices. First, remove the account information from device, reboot/restart, and re-enter the information back into device. Try to download our messages/sync the device. STEPS: Go to Menu>Settings>Accounts and Sync Identify the application with issue, Remove from your accounts to manage, Reboot/restart your Android Device then Go back to Menu>Settings>Accounts and Sync before trying to Add the account or Attempt to sync (use the “sync all” button if needed).
