Pocket Projector WIFI FAQ

Q) The device is not turning ON?
A) Try charging the device, if there are no indications try using a different adapter.
B)If if is fully charged but still doesn't turn ON, please connect/charge your phone or any device from the USB port with lightning label. If it charged kindly visit our Service Center for further checking. If it does not charge, please try charging the device again with a different adaptor.
Q) Does it require a software for computers? If yes where can I download?
A) Turn ON the projector and simply select DLNA mode/EZ View mode so that it can make an access point.
B) Connect your computer to the projector through Wifi. Wifi name and password will be displayed in the projection area.
C) After successful connection, open an internet browser and access the IP Address (192.168.111.1) which is also mentioned in the projection area.
D) Upon accessing the IP Address, you'll find its download page for all platforms such as Mac, Window, Android, and Apple.
Q) Can I use my USB/Flash drive to the projector?
A) Yes, but you won't be able to use its Wifi Dongle because there is only 1 USB port for both USB and Wifi Dongle.
B) After connecting the USB/Flash Drive, select the mode USB-Disk or the one with USB icon to access the files in it.
Pocket Projector WIFI with EZ Mirror:
A WIFI Projector that works with any Smartphone, Tablet PC, or Laptop. Mac or Windows, Android or iOs. The DLP technology lens employed features a brightness rating of 50 lumens and projects a 640x360 resolution screen.

Charging the Projector:
The internal battery of the projector may not be fully charged for the first time. You can charge the battery by the following two ways: Plug the AC power adapter into the DC-IN jack of the projector, and connect the other end to the power source. Connect the small end of the supplied USB cable to the USB port of the device, and the large end to a powered PC. Make sure the projector is powered off.
WiFi LED indicator:
LED light is on when Wi-Fi function is enabled. LED light is flashing when Wi-Fi function is active.
Turning on the projector:
Slide the power switch to the right end. Hold for 3 sec and release it, The Projector will be turned on.
To turn off the projector, slide the power switch to the right end again. Hold for 3 sec. and release.
Installing the Wi-Fi application program:
To link your mobile devices like smart phone, tablet PC or notebook PC with the projector, you need to install their corresponding application programs first.

Before installing the program, please check if your mobile device meets the operation system requirement of EZ View as below.

For PC:
Windows operating system: Windows XP/Vista/7 (Note: Audio function is NOT supported for Windows 7).

Apple Mac operating system: Mac OS 10.7 or later.
For Mobile:
Android Operating System: Android ICS 4.0 or above
Apple iOS operating System: iOS 5.0 or above
Download/Install by using Projector IP Address:
For using Windows, Android or Apple Mac based mobile devices.
Turn on the projector by plugging the power adapter or using the internal battery. You will see the opening screen, Select WiFi Display item from main menu and identify the default device name “Projector-xxxxxx” and its default IP address “192.168.111.1”.
Turn on your device’s or PC’s WiFi function and search for the hotspot network “Projector-xxxxxx”.
Enter password “11112222” to connect with the projector.
Open the web browser and enter the projector’s IP address “192.168.111.1”.
The program download page will be displayed. Please click the appropriate program to download it for your mobile device or PC. After download, Install it in your mobile device or PC.

<Functions and operations SD Card: Display contents (like photo, video, music or Documents) from SD card.

Projecting from Android\Apple iOS based smart phones or tablet PCs
Make sure EZ View App is installed first.

Turn on this projector and go to WiFi Display page.
Turn on WiFi function of the mobile device and link to this projector.
Open EZ View App
EZ View program provides document display, photo display, Internet access, Dropbox display, Live camera, video display, and split display (up to 4 access devices)/on-screen sketch.
Projecting from Windows\Mac-based Notebook PCs
Make sure EZ View program has been installed on your Notebook PC first.

Turn on this projector and go to WiFi Display page.
Turn on WiFi function on your Notebook PC.
Open EZ View program and it will search and connect to this projector automatically.
EZ View program provides split display, Mirror/Extend display and audio options.

Select WiFi connection mode

This projector can be set up in two WiFi connection modes.

AP (Pear-to-pear) mode: Allow the mobile devices download the application programs from this projector and project the multimedia contents from the projector wirelessly.

Client (Internet access) mode: Allow the mobile devices to connect to Internet for displaying the web contents (like Youtube) from the projector wirelessly. In Client mode, it must have an accessible WiFi router which connecting to Internet. Follow the steps below to turn on Client mode.
WiFi Display page
AP Setuppage (click Right key)
select Client mode (click Up/Down key).

Search the WiFi router and enter the required access key to complete the connection. To enter the router access key, please go to the PSK column and press OK key on the remote controller or on the projector to display the on-screen key board. Press return key to exit. The mobile devices can either link to this projector or above WiFi router to access Internet.
Charging your mobile devices
The internal battery of the projector can not only be used for projection, but also charge your mobile device in emergencies.

Turn off the projector and switch the power switch to the Charger position.
Plug bundled USB cable to both end of micro USB DC-in port of your mobile phone and DC-OUT USB port of the projector.
EZ Mirror Function
This feature allows the projector through Wi-Fi connection to link with the mobile device which supports industry standard Miracast. The devices (Miracast Enabled Phone/Tablet) can connect with each other without additional program installed.
