Q)The device is not turning ON?
A) Make sure to fully charge the device before using. Make sure to use the correct switch because the device can be used as a projector and a power bank.
Q) Why does it ask me to provide a serial number?
A) That means the iProjector is not connected properly. Reconnect the device and try it again.
Q) Can I charge the projector while it is charging my iPhone?
A) Yes, but the process is that it will fully charge your iPhone first before it charges its own battery.
Q) Why does the application cannot seem to detect my photos or videos?
A) You could have restricted the app from accessing your photos and videos. To allow the app, simply go to Settings>Privacy>Photos and Simply look for the app shown and switch it on.
