There is a noise coming even if I am using the same frequency for both device and car radio?
- Try using a different frequency, because radio station signal sometimes over power the device's signal. So the best option is to use a unused frequency.
- Try reconnecting the Auxiliary cable, sometimes improper connection of the auxiliary causes ground to create unnecessary noise.

The device does not charge my iPhone?
- Please check if the Car Kit is connected properly into the cigarette jack
- Check if the Car Kit is switched on
- Try reconnecting the iPhone to the device
